Complex needs work with the outside appearance. For example paint jobs, landscaping,etc... Supposed to be a gated community but gate is broken most of the time and there was a serious insect problem (roaches and ants were a problem from day one).The parking lots were very tight so it was hard to move your car in and out of the spaces and if you have two cars--forget it!
