Save yourself some time and don't bother stopping at this place to look. The sign says "luxurious apartments" but I assure you they are anything but that. They are hard up on finding victims to endure this slum so they let all the criminals sign leases with no background check or job verification.

The management is horrible, they lie to you, and refuse to address your issues. Every resident I've spoken to says they have an endless supply of ---- roaches and I can attest to this as well.

The staff gives notice the same day (after you've left for work of course) that they're coming in your apartment to spray (must be cheap pesticide because it only keeps the roaches away for a day). If you have pets, they will leave doors open inside and let your pets roam free to mess up your belongings in your bedrooms. Also, any money or change you leave sitting out will be assumed to be their tip and gone when you return.

The walls are paper thin and you'll hear a lot of ethnic music late into the night as if it was playing in your apartment. Neighbors harly speak english and have a general "I don't care attitude" when it comes to your rights and forget about any common courtesy.

There are constant problems with parking, you won't find a space after 8 PM and the property had vagrants and unsupervised kids who roam free at all hours vandalising your cars body slamming them catching footballs and breaking car windows playing street hockey.

Recently one of the buildings exploded because of a gas leak the mgt would not address in a timely manner.

There is a lot more that went on, just read some of the other reviews and I am sure they will fill in the blanks that I left out. I am glad my lease is up so I can finally get out of this hellhole.
