Please, please do not move here. It will be the worst mistake of your life. I live in a daily nightmare of roaches, roaches, roaches. I've even awakened from sleep to find a roach crawling on my face. They crawl up the walls, on the ceiling, on the furniture, on the fridge -- everywhere. I have constantly complained to management regarding this problem, especially the property manager, and he does not give a damn. I have shown him traps that are full of dead roaches and requested that the entire building be sprayed for this problem but to no avail. He only smirks and gives condescending looks. Also, I was told by the staff to buy a caulk gun from Home Depot to keep the roaches out. Are you kidding' I am a very clean person and never in my life have experienced such disgusting living conditions. My lease is up in 2 months and I cannot wait. Deliverance is coming!!! So, I say do not move. It is hell!!!

Yea, at Concepts you are going to have to do a few things yourself because the management/maintenance is a serious joke. I moved out of there making the apartment looking better than it had when I moved in (and that was a quote from one of the staff, (at my own expense because I couldn't stand it any longer), and they STILL charged me $50 because I finished cleaning after the office closed and they considered another day. Not to mention they don't keep up the grounds either. I actually came home and saw a Mexican peeing in front of the building. Also, I left a plant out for a few hours to get some good sunlight and someone stole that. I could go on and on with my experience at Concepts. SO, I COSIGN -DON'T EVER MOVE HERE!

I hav eno clue what any of you are talking about I have lived here since 2002 and transfered to several apartments. Yes I know that at times in the past the office struggled but now it is 100% better. I have never called ina service request or issue that has not been resolved asap. I guess it is all in the way people talk to one another. I love it here and have referred serveral friends here and i will continue to do such., This is my home for now and for a while.
