This complex is HORRIBLE!!! I moved in December 2006 and will be moving out next month. I regretted my stay every month. It didn't cross my mind to read others' reviews before I moved in, I just read them and can completely agree. The pests are OUT OF CONTROL.

When it was warm out side (March-October) there were roaches EVERYWHERE, outside and in. I would come home at night and had to run from the parking to my steps because there were so many roaches scattering on the sidewalk and hiding in the bushes. Not only are there roaches, there are other strange bugs I have never seen before in my life (flying and crawling...GROSS!!!!!).

The landscaping is a HOT MESS!!! There is only grass in the very front of the complex by the leasing office and at the entrance, I guess to attract residents. Please don't be fooled.

Maintenance is a joke. There are only 2 maintenance workers and they are lazy. My drawer in my bathroom fell and I had to have them come 4 times to fix it. Of course they would always come when I wasn't there so it didn't get fixed until the 4th time. Also, as the other person stated about the AC- the vent in my bedroom is clouded with something because when it's hot out the AC will not go through vent and when it's cold out the heat doesn't flow. What a mess!! OMG I can go on and on about how horrible this place is but I want to just highlight the important things people look for.
My mailbox door broke and it took maintenance a MONTH to fix it. My mail was sitting in an open mail box everyday for a month, I was pissed!

The complex is very cheap they only pay for trash, you have to pay a separate company for COLD water and sewage (that company (Minol USA) is a complete rip off by the way and bills you three months back!).

The last thing I will highlight on is the security gate. The gate was closed ONCE (in January) since I moved in last December. Like I said I can go on and on but I think I've done enough bashing in one day.

I agree a hundred percent with you. Especially about the front gate not working since last January.
