I live here now. They recently hired a real ---- for "Security" This guy hassles the residents and then gets a good night sleep.

Lets be thankful we now have security. That wasn't the case when some loser shot that poor cab driver late last year. The front gate is the main issue. I have yet to see it work properly, since management stated it is now functioning. I found out it opened more than a few times late at night, when it is supposed to be closed.

I dont know about you but every night when I come home it makes me feel better to see that we have a community that is making an effort to provide a pleasent home for all of us to live at. The security gaurd that is out here every night is doing his job and wouldnt have to as you say hassel the residents if they were following the rules. If you were to be here as long as me you would see that Concepts 21 Delk has by far come a long ways and it continues to improve day by day. So I thank the office and the security for doing there jobs and making sure we are taken care of to the best of their abilities. For those of you that dont like the rules and their efforts I want you to take a big look around in the area and compair. You wont be able to find a community that cares for their residents like the people here do. If you just watch the news every night you will see all these homes with murders and gangs ect... and you can not compair this home to any of those. So if you were to take my opion on my stay here I have been here for 5 years and plan on staying several more.
