Its funny how I can read the 2008 and 2009 reviews and see that nothing has changed since I was a resident back in 2006. The complaints are STILL the same! Roaches, bugs, half repaired work, security was a joke, noisy neighbors, ceiling leaks, etc.... the problems are still there! When will management and ownership get it' The rent is cheap because you are getting exactly what you are paying for. I broke my lease, moved out, and added an additional $75 to my rent budget just to get away from the on going problems that Concepts 21-Delk had. I am glad that I made that decision, in spite of the cost of breaking the lease. You ARE better off renting a home, townhome, or duplex in this part of Marietta! Otherwise, KEEPING LOOKING....THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU!
