Avoid This Place...UNSAFE

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2002
 
I have never lived here, but I have lived in and done business in the area. This complex is the epicenter of a small area of drug and gang activity in the area. Police activity is a constant.

I rated the things I had knowledge of; the rest, I gave a "3", giving the benefit of the doubt.
