I have lived in Crestmont for over 2 years and have seen multiple changes in management staff and all have been just as poor as its predecessor. There are many "large pet" owners throughout the complex that let their animals drop their packages at will without ever thinking about cleaning up after them, watch where you step. There have been ant problems, roach problems,rat problems, mold problems, a/c problems, loud neighbors, daily police/ambulance visits, and it took over a month and a half to replace a broken microwave. This complex is piss poor. Period.
