This place is str8 ridiculous! I have not even been in my apt 3 months and I am so ready to move! I wish I had never moved here! I would love to break my lease to get the heck outta here! I have had problems since Day 1! Upon entering the apt for the walk thru, the A/C was not even working! There were holes and cracks in the ceiling. It wasn?t even all that clean. The floors were sticky and countertops dirty. Anyway, I was told the A/C would be fixed that evening which was on a Friday and it was not fixed until Monday. I could not even sleep in the apt 4 the 1st 3 nights. I was pissed! The service is VERY poor! Its funny how they want rent on time but dont wanna fix shyt! Maintenance sucks! When u put in a request, you have to call back more than once just to get it taken care of. Oh, and they claim to have emergency maintenance! What a joke that is! My toilet overflowed and no one even came out...it seems as though the apt had to be on fire to be considered an emergency! Even when my A/C wasnt working and it was 90 degrees in here, no one would come out! Among the things I have had to get fixed are my fridge, stove, oven, toilets, tubs, etc. A week ago I noticed 2 leaks coming from the ceiling in the bedroom closet and it still has not been fixed. Staff does not seem to give a damn around here and I am just fed up with it! I do intend on speaking to the regional mgr whom I have already met once before! It is sad to say but I would not recommend this place to anyone and I DO INTEND TO MOVE OUT AS SOON AS MY LEASE ENDS!!!
