These apartments are not safe. There are poor fire precautions taken, random fires, and alarms that go off for hours on end. There is no way to reach maanagement after 5 p.m. The staff is very nice, but SOMEONE needs to be available for after hours issues, which there are many!The laundry facilities have had 10 broken dryers for over 6 mos, which only leaves 2 WORKING dryers for entire complex to use. Washing machines frequently flood. There is horrible noise pollution, sketchy tenants, roaches, and it is so ghetto! There are drug deals, apartment and car break ins, and did I say I roaches'! This place sucks, can't wait to move out.

10/10/06 I am thinking about moving to this complex but this review goes completely against what someone told me that currently lives at Crestmont |

I currently live there, not for long, and this place is a ghetto dump!! Please don't waste your time moving there, unless your standards are low. Lower than low, to be exact! They should charge the roaches for being able to live there also. Maybe even give tenants a roomate discount. This place sucks to high hell!!
