This was a classy place in its day, and it still looks beautiful, but for some reason the management doesn't seem to screen who they let in here at all. So some of the neighbors are fine and some of them are trashy and/or noisy. The level of maintenance depends on who's working here. The crew comes and goes--we've had great ones, and we've had some that are very, very slow to respond. Current management is trying. Probably they would need to charge more to be able to afford to screen out undesirables and keep on better crew. So it's affordable but there's no free lunch.
