I was a resident here for a year and a half. Let me tell you something, The staff is soo disorginized, the appliances work poorley, and there were DEAD flies in my refridgerator. I have had an attempt of my car broken into TWICE. Dealing with the managment is like pulling teeth. The buildings smell like rotten fish, you can hear walking upstairs. The place is loaded with shady people. Crestmont looks pretty good from a far, but give it a week and you will be hitting yourself over the head. Trash is EVERYWHERE and the playgrounds are RIGHT OUT SIDE the apartments so there is no peace. The managment doesn't give a damn about the tennents they just want the money.There waterheaters are not 100% up to code and have done nothing to change it. This is bad news for anybody. There are better places out there in Marietta. LEAVE THIS HOLE ALONE..you have been warned. And will thank me later.

the appliances do suck! 80% of the time we have to run the dishwasher 2 times because it doesnt work very well..the ice-maker is weird too, it wont make ice for a few days then all of a sudden it will make a mountain of ice, the door knobs and door frames are put together so poorly...the only good thing here is a decent sized closet.
