Do not be fooled by the brochure. Management could care less about what goes on because they do not have to live here. They smile in your face and tell you what they think you want to hear, yet they do absolutely nothing. The staff here is flat out FAKE and PHONY, do not trust them. My lease will be up in a couple of months and I will not renew. The neighborhoods are noisy and inconsiderate. People are always hanging around the stairs. There have been robberies and management did not notify the residents. It makes one wonder how many criminal acts have occurred with out the resident s knowledge. Maintenance is slow to respond to complaints. The buildings are old; they act as if they are shocked when something is not working. The place is getting worst with each passing month. Think twice before you make a commitment. If you do decide to move in sign a 6 month lease you will see what I am talking about and will not want to renew. This place sucks!!
