I write reviews often and they are usually good I have never had problems with these apartments. Regarldless to what some may believe I am actually a tenant, however my lease will be up in June and I called and spoke with someone today that was very rude and ugly, she said that she was the manager. I was told something previously by an employee in that front office and when I spoke with her today all she could say was whatever I was told wasn't true. I was going to renew my lease until speaking with her.I can't speak for anyone else but I will not live somewhere I am not satisfied and while I have been blessed enough to not have had any problems out here. I can tell that I will not be happy with managment. So I will be moving at the end of my lease!! SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ

We are moving out! June 12, 2008...if you dont mind being scared to leave your apartment at night alone, and if you dont mind waterbugs, cockroaches, silverfish, and the annoying sound of alarms and kids making LOUD noises all day and ALL night, then this is the perfect place for you! Everything seems great at first, but eventually you will see the bugs, and the mold will start to grow in your bath-tub....and its always a fight to find a decent parking space...oh and if you stay here...ALWAYS lock your car doors! This is what you would call the ghetto of marietta...there is so much nicer...just look around...I wish I would have known better before I moved here!

This place is a Craphole! When I first moved in here I told the managment I read the reviews and they said "oh thoes are just people who have grudges against the managment or were kicked out but this place really is great" So I took there word and all the reviews are true! Its funny how you said it seems great at FIRST but a week later everything started to fall apart, the noises got horrible, its like the twilight zone. CaliKrystal, don't move here. There are better ones around with simular price rage. Adrian and Jessica (the managers) seem all nice and helpful at FIRST. But once you sign on the dotted line, they could care less about how you feel. its GROOOOSSSSE. You will thank me later.

this is crazy I think that everone should read and try to get as much information as possible for any location especially if you are planning to live there fo ra while OMGOODNESS i was like this is a cute place but I decided to google the location and I started reading this how disappointing that is why you have to do your research firts b/c then you are stuck in a lease that you cannot get out of all I can say is wow!

I feel it only fair to say the good as well as the bad. The reviews had me scared to death but we moved in anyway it has been a month to the day. It isn't that bad, I don't know if it is where we are located or because it's summer time and maybe the kids are gone but I don't have any problems with these apartments. It is very quiet and I asked them to come and exterminate and they came right away and I haven't seen a bug since. I will keep reporting how things go like I said it's only been a month. I think these site are very helpful
