Moved in this hell hole in Oct. and was told we had the upgraded unit. It was a 2bd/2ba, and was not upgraded. the only thing we got was stainless steel appliances but hell that ---- is crap too! All but 2 knobs have fall off the stove, and fridge continually cuts off during the night. The counter tops in the kitchen come up, the tiles in the bathrooms are peeling up, the toilets leak, the sink in the bathrooms are moving apart from the sink, the COUNTER TOPS ARE PAINTED BLACK!, THE SINKS ARE PAINTED WHITE- and when i say paint i mean the got some spray cans and painted away.

The maintenance people come in and out of your apartment with work orders you NEVER requested.

The maintenance people came into our apartment on TWO occasions and stole money, totaling $735! and yes police reports have been filed!

Our rent is $894 for this ghetto ass place. Last time i checked we were the only people in the complex with the upgraded unit and paying the amount on rent is crap hole

you can find a lot of places that give you more bang for the buck...and whos maintenance crew wont come into your house and steal from you

the member who posted a good review with "Is this the same Crestmont off of Bellsferry. I know the address match but I have lived here since June and have not a problem." and lets not forget the... "We called April on Friday and they sprayed on Tuesday, we were not home and nothing was missing and not the ants are gone."...all written by MANAGEMENT!

well based on your first sentence statement it pretty much seems non believable that you live in this complex, now work is a different story. I am not going to play out the drama that I have going on with your complex all over the web. I wrote a simple review of what i thought of Crestmont, and you write a review based on what you think new potential renters would like to hear. How sad of you to fake a review instead of dealing with me and the problem that people who work for you have created and you have yet to do anything to resolve it. You came on here to create a " good " image of Crestmont, but the only image that needs to be displayed is that; crew steals, low quality luxury "upgraded" apartments that are overpriced, bad parking, many almost accidents near the front enterance. I am sick of this place and will gladly let anyone know it.

LOL...I understand you are having a bad experience at these apartment complex and I am not knocking that but don't discredit my comment based on your experience. I, a tenant posted that comment and several others. I moved,in June and pretty much all of the nice comments have been posted by me but trust and believe I do not work for this complex. I work for a University and to be honest I am a little dissappointed that someone will discredit what I have to say just because they are having a bad experience.
