Great environment horrible management, old apartments

When you enter the community, it looks very nice. But do not go for it... They hunt you with that. The apartments are so old, dishwashers, microwaves, fridges are very old (you will like them if you like antique ---only they are not working). when you call for maintenance it takes about 2 months to fix it. I had a broken water pipe in my apartment, my carpet was all wet.. It was smelling also . They did not come to fix it for 4 months... I couldn't even invite my friends because I was embarrassed of my apartment's smell..
I could get a better apartment with the rent I've been paying.. too expensive... The fitness center is horrible too. the lake is very dirty... There are lots of ducks..( which is very good) but they do not take care of them, You will see lots of ducks on the road hit buy a car...
I say "GO FIND ANOTHER APARTMENT".
