Goodbye & Good Riddance

My roommate and I moved all the way out here because we found a spacious townhouse for a great price. Well all I have to say is you get what you pay for.
From the roaches and silverfish that come under our door b/c it doesn't go all the way down, to the huge ant bed (Yes I said ANT BED) behind our refrigerator that they will not remove, to the thin walls, I constantly hear my neighbor's alarm going off on one side and my other neighbor's kids running up and down the stairs.
And those darn ducks and geese always crossing the street when you're trying to go somewhere!
If you're looking for cheap and OLD apt. towhnouse that is far from everything, this is the place.
Maintenance. If there's a problem don't expect things to get fixed w/o asking a couple of times.
The Leasing Office. They're ok.
Oh and let's talk about the unwritten 60 Days Notice. They don't tell you that you have to give 60 days notice, so when you finally do give them your written notice, you still have to pay them even if your lease is up before the 60 day. What a rip off.
I'm counting the days until I move out of here.
