Worst Customer Service, DO NOT RENT!

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
After being a tenant in their property for more than 4 years, when it came time to move elsewhere and negotiate the end of the lease (with less than 2 months remaining), their property management became confrontational, and demanded an outrageous termination clause, forcing me to hire an attorney.
DO NOT RENT FROM THESE THIEVES! There are plenty of good apartments, with reasonable rates, who will be more willing to take care of their customers, especially in terms of maintenance and support.
Several times, I was forced to deal with answering services that never returned calls, and maintenance workers who were consistantly late.
The local office's management was almost always rude or condescending, and I was never made to feel as though I was "home", despite what their advertisements claim.
STAY AWAY!
