I am currently going on my third year at East lake, and it's been mostly pleasant. The pricing is fairly high, but you get a nice surrounding and a great convenient location. It is much quieter than the other apts. I have lived in, and has a very unique look to it. I am right on the lakefront, and you can't beat the woods and the view.
Having said that, the office staff don't seem to care whether you have lived there a day or a lifetime as long as they get the $$. They won't even smile at you unless they are getting paid to... could be much more appreciative of the 10's of thousands of dollars I am giving them each year. Also yes, the ants come a-marching in the warm months, but it's part of the natural environment... sure could use a little better extermination, tho.
