I have lived at East Lake over 11 years. In the past four years it has gone downhill greatly with particular emphsis on the last two years. The current management at this complex leaves a lot to be desired. They are rude and demonstrate very little thinking power and people skills, they need to clean house and get a new group of people in there. They do not treat you like you are the customer at all. The community now has a getto type enviroment and yes all types of gang activity and all the bad elements this brings in to your living community. Just check the police records for this area and you will see for yourself. Most all the apartments have lots of mold. There is a very bad bug infestation problem. Out of three tennis courts one is now a playing area for kids and the other has fencing that is torn and has been for a while now. Only one court is really appropriate for tennis. There are two pools, one by the leasing office and one in another area. The one in the other area was closed all but about 3 weeks this summer due to gang activity and the pool being very dirty. I used to be proud I lived at East Lake and now I am ashamed. When my lease is up this year I will be moving.
