I have been a resident here going on my third year. As far as communities go, this is perhaps the best place to live on Roswell Rd. If you re looking for top end AAA communities end your lease and move to Buckhead!!!

We have several lakes here and the ducks are everywhere! They poop! They are a traffic nuisance! and they can be very noisy! But you know what' Their adorable, their eccentric, and if you ever tried feeding them, they are absolutely enjoyable! They are the charm of the community.

Yes, we have some gang activity here. Welcome to Atlanta!!!! If you have a problem with these punks CALL THE POLICE!!! Don t be like sheep and live in fear of these KIDS. Take control of your life and your surroundings, complaining about it is not going to solve anything.

I have worked in the apartment maintenance industry for the better part of 15 years and talking from EXPERIENCE! This maintenance staff here has their program together! I am too lazy to fix my own problems here because this is what I do for a living, so when something breaks in my apartment I call maintenance; they are at my door the same day! Usually within the hour. I am very impressed with their service and their competence!

When I moved in I requested a bottom floor unit due to my children and my dog, yes I have a little common sense, but remember these are apartments and you have multiple families living around you and above you This is apartment living! If you want total tranquility BUY A HOUSE!!!!

I am so tired of reading these apartment ratings and seeing all these negative statements. Your complaints are so ignorant at the least. You live in an apartment what are you looking for''' You want your cheaper rent but you don t want to live around any noise'
You don t make any sense!

NO If you move into an apartment it is not going to be 100% totally, completely spotless! Think about it. There has been a dozen other families living there before you. If you cant comprehend that, you don t need to be renting.

OK So the pools are not 100% spotless I don t swim so I don t care.

OK The gym is locked up at night because of vandalism. If you would have called the POLICE! when you see them LOITERING! This wouldn t have happen.

Yeah The office made a mistake with my rent check also. You know what' They FIXED it Dilemma solved!

As far as the laundry facility goes I don t care I don t use them!

This has been a great place to raise my children. I have enjoyed the great parties this complex has sponsored and I have enjoyed countless hours of fishing, along with my children feeding the ducks. And regardless of the last hick that left their bigoted statement about this place being a ghetto, I happen to enjoy my neighbors and this colorful community So if you want to make a racial statement about where you live, here is my advice BUY A HOUSE!!!!!!!! If you cant afford one, QUIT COMPLAINING!!!!!!!

I give this property thumbs up; the school district is absolutely fantastic with a charter elementary school minutes away. Shopping is so convenient as the property is nestled between two strip malls and a two more across the street along with Kroger and a great liquor store! I recommend this COLORFUL!!! community to anyone looking to move to prestigious East Cobb.

First of all, Ghetto has nothing to do with race, in this country you have all races living in ghettos, and trailer trash parks, I think the tenant was referreing to ghetto trashy conditions, not particular a race, Ghetto is not always black, or colorful, I dont find that statement to be bigoted, but your response is ! and as far as Sherlocks liguor store , there was a racist that was fired for a racial incident not too long ago, lets be real we are in cobb co, racism is alive and kicking.
