East Lake

 

I haven't lived here long, but I'm going to break it down the way I see it:

Pro's:
Management has been nice to me.

It has taken a couple of calls to maintenance to get things resolved, but the issues DO get resolved.
The apt is well laid out and the complex is very aesthetically pleasing.
I don't ever hear any of my neighbors; the only noise is from the outside.

Con's:
Punk kids seem to roam the streets at all hours of the day and night in dark clothes and enjoy walking in the middle of the street for the most part.

I have almost hit one or two of them.
Underneath the surface there appears to be a "ghetto bubbling" of society here?
The playground is a JOKE! I think it's dated back to 1960 and I'm pretty sure someone is going to get hurt on it.
The underside of stairways are not lit...people could hide under there!!!

That's basically my assessment in a nutshell.

Is there Section 8 here in East Lake? It sure appears that way.
