I won't rewrite everything from the other reviewers, because many of them summed it up quite well.

To hit the highlights/lowlights--
Be very wary of any "promises" from the office.

Get it in writing, the staff is not to be trusted.
Expect loud, disrespectful kids walking about the neighborhood at all times.
Expect damage to your car when left in the parking lot.
Expect large amounts of bugs to be constantly in your apartment, no matter how clean you keep it.

See above about promises from the office staff and lack of extermination services.
Do yourself a favor and order satellite tv.

The in house cable service is embarassingly bad.

Get DSL as well, during peak hours, there is so little bandwith you'll find yourself wishing you had dailup, because it's faster than the cable modem.
Don't be surprised to see shingles sliding off of roofs, siding falling off of the buildings.

Exterior maintenance is anything but a priority there.

Interior maintenance isn't any better.
Expect lots of trash and goose droppings throughout the grounds.

Neither are cleaned up.
Even though there are streetlights throughout the grounds, giving the illusion of night time safety, none of them work.

The one outside my apartment didn't work for the 3 years I lived there.
I'm very happy we moved into a home.

Only wish we could have afforded to do it sooner.

If you're reading this, please do yourself a favor and live somewhere else.
