Forget it. People currently living in this complex are talking... a lot. Something isn't right. The management/office is NOT to be trusted, though they APPEAR to be good people. Don't trust the old man who fixes things. He has created a good facade. He enters apartments when you are gone. Some country boy here gets whatever he wants from the office. He is either criminally in cohoots with someone, or he has some dirt ON someone. He moves around from apt to apt. There is talk that there may be illegal activity and that it may involve a group of people.

More gossip has it that they want to rent to Section 8. It may have already started. That means management is probably desperate for money and wants to get it from the government.

There was theft recently in an apartment for the third time, but the office never told the residents. We had to hear it thru the grapevine. Some of us thought this place was safe.

People who are into bad things are moving in. Don't bring your children. You don't know the backgrounds of some of the people here. I get a feeling some could be ex cons. They look shady.

I will be moving.
