The only thing good about the place is the small size of the complex and the fact that it is a single-story community that is close to stores and stuff. Other than that, I don't recommend it at all. Don't trust the office staff. Don't trust maintenance. Don't trust your neighbors. Drug dealers, ex-cons, etc living at Elmwood. They are all working together. There are thefts. Mailboxes are being pried. There is no security. The office is rarely open. There are crooks loiterng and lurking with nothing to do. The property usually has many ants. Some people have four-legged critters. Parking is getting bad. It's an old place with out-of-date appliances. Yuck!
