Excellent Apartments

I recommend Falls at Sope Creek, if you are looking for a nice apartment at a fair price. The place is very strategically located on Roswell Road and nearby Interstate 75. The managers are very nice and patient, and will assist you with whatever you need.
There are two sections of this apartment complex, the largest section was built in 1981 and is established for mainly younger and economical residents. A good part of the complex.
The other section, is gated and more modern, as this section apartments was built in 1995. These apartments are designed for single-families and more established individual, plus it is the nicest part of the complex.
If you are looking for a complex that is in a very convenient part of Marietta (preferably East), and is adjacent to stores and major highway, this is the ONE.
The complex is quiet most of the time, however you see some of the "element" also taking advantage of the economically priced older portion of the complex. Yet, I have yet to see a major disturbance, besides a few car break-ins, occasionally loud music and teenagers loitering around the complex.

Just so you know, the Falls does not have two sections anymore. They sold one half a while back. Also, it says that you lived there back in 2003 and well, maybe your comment would have been nice back then, but now today. They have changed staff so much and nothing is nice anymore. Some of them act like they are too good for the people that live at the Falls and if two family's are having issues, then they will side with the family that matches their own color. Hate to say it, but my family can't wait to leave this place. It was nice a few years ago, but not now.. It is really getting worst instead of better.. Check with the local police dept., at how many times they have been to the Falls, this year alone. You would be shocked... If you are looking for a place to live--YOU REALLY NEED TO THINK REAL HARD ABOUT MOVING HERE BEFORE YOU DO..
