I was in the same spot as you reading online trying to find an apartment. I had to get mine without seeing it due to the fact I was overseas. I starting talking to the leasing agents and they were the absolute BEST. They were nice and provided me with more info than I asked for and were some really great customer service people. I got here and was blown away by the apartment. It was way more than I had expected. They put new carpet in and a whole lot of other nice things. Parking, facilities, grounds, and maintenance are a definite 10. Once I arrived here I checked out the Falls competitors like Caswyck and I think The Falls are much better. I am loving it here and plan to renew my lease definitely. Please email me if you have any questions.
