I moved in b/c it was a good price for the area, and I needed a place fast. It's not the best and it's not even close to the worst. If you like hot, or even warm showers longer than a rinse though, forget it. The staff is nice, and helpful most of the time. The biggest pains are the ant problems and the fact that if you live in the second phase you have to take your trash to dumpsters in either phase 1 or 3. Overall I'd recommend for someone looking for a deal, but not to those looking for a high quality place.
