Ok when I moved here to begin with this was my dream apartment now I just dont know what to say from the bad ass little kids to the broken gate which is a ------- joke because people just dont care and did I tell you about the BUGS!!!!!!!!!! I have never seen such a small insect with so many freaking legs and the say they do pest control this is true but only once in a blue moon its like what is the point of rent if your not servicing. The good thing is you are conviently located to all major stores,restuarants,and highways {Kroger, The Avenue,Marshalls.Wendys etc.} Maintence is fast and the pool is nice all year around so there are a few cons but maybe this is your lifestyle I CANT WAIT UNTIL MY LEASE IS UP OH yeah I live in a 1bd 1bath on the newer side my rent iss 795 and im not like this neighboorhood anymore LAST TIP:DO NOT MOVE IN BY THE LEASING OFFICE SO MANY TRASHY PPL!!
