I moved in in 2002. The place was decent and well priced. In the 3 1/2 years that I was there, the place became scary & bug infested. My neighbors were dealing drugs.

The staff is incompetent and frequently misplaces rent checks.

The bugs are unreal, and there are no exterminators in site!

My last week there, I woke up to gun shots at 6am!!!

I completely agree... This apartment was wonderful until I was harrassed by a male renter across the street. Very scary - on the verge of calling cops... Renters - especially female on their own renters - beware!!!
