Moved in three years ago to a nice, quiet apartment neighborhood. In the past year, we have had serious pest and maintenance issues that were not properly resolved. In addition, we had one set of neighbors that were kicked out after a domestic dispute in the parking lot and one member of the household actually ran into our postal delivery truck. We've had another set of neighbors that moved because their apartment had so many maintenance problems they felt forced to leave. Six months ago, new neighbors moved in upstairs and appear to be selling controlled substances from their apartment. We found bullets in the parking lot recently. Another set of new neighbors likes to set off fireworks all night. Over the past year, several cars have been broken into and one car was even stolen from the property
We have tried to call the "courtesy officer" on six different occasions, but never received a response. Management refuses to take any responsibility for problems with other residents or the fact that the front steps and bannister leading to the apartment building have been broken for a year.
If you like to party all night and watch a constant soap opera play out in your building every day, this is the place for you....but not for me.
