We have really enjoyed living at the Falls. The staff are very friendly and the apartments are very reasonable. We love all the nature and woods that surround the community. The community is very quiet and neighbors are very nice. I do wish the playground would get some updating, but overall extremely pleased with our experience here. Looking forward to being here for quite awhile.

Looks like you haven't been there long enough to get the grand effect yet. Just wait until you have 8 sleepless nights in a row because of parties and the "courtesy" officer won't respond.

I live in the subdivision behind the falls and I don't hear alot of noise from the apartments, I hear more noise from AJ's in the Kroger Shopping Center. However, We are considering moving into an apt due to our family growing up and moving out on their own and prob looking at the Falls as a new home.

Don't waste your time with Arvin. He's just like a used car salesman.

Arvin is a gentleman and a standup guy. He is always forecoming with information, and is willing to help anyone al the time. He has been working in the community for about 4 years, and consistently remained the same decent person and standup guy. I can honestly say I feel like I know him on a personal and professional level, and his integrity has never been an issue.
