many cars were broken into. lots of bug problems. they were never very fast to jump on fixing things for you. People at front were not eager to help with anything. Seems like good prices till you go to other places and you see how outdated the Falls are. There were a lot of little things wrong with the apartment.

I would never recommend The Falls at Sope Creek to anyone! There is a HUGE roach problem and the staff is the rudest people I have ever met! They are wonderful when they are signing your papers, but watch out if you ever have a problem or if you ever plan to move out because at that point they care NOTHING about you and your best interest!

I live there and may not last until my 60 day notice is up!!! The roaches are HORRIBLE......they are huge "palmetto bugs, water bugs" I call them roaches. The leasing office is good with getting pest control out there but it doesn't work. And maintence needs to have more staff...I requested them and come check my stove 2 times and they never came so I had to call the gas department. PLUS when they "replaced" my screen door it didn't fit so I can't leave my patio door open..
I AM GETTING AWAY FROM THE CREEK AND BUGS!!!
