The staff here seems terriffic. Whenever I had an issue, it was adressed promptly. I don't know what these people are complaining about. There's 2 pools, tennis courts and a great health center/gym. As far as bugs, come on people, the place is located in the woods. And where do the bugs live' Common sense. Wake up. Finally, crime. I haven't heard of much. From what I observed, there are mostly families and college students that reside here. More noise than crime. In my opinion, a great deal for the money. I have no regrets living here.

Nope. Not staff review. My view of the property, staff, and bug issue is the same. Just call if you see a bug and they are over within 2 days to spray. Had a faucet leak, too, but they fixed it up. I actually have a new neighbor who has domestic issues, bad ones, constantly. I also suspect they are dealing drugs, but that's not The Falls' fault. I am speaking directly to law enforcement to find out what kind of info I need to get these jokers out. It's my job. It's MY neighborhood, after all. I would do the same thing in the 'burbs, so why not here? Oh, as for more noise issues, I live right over the pool, so I sometimes have to call on the cops to get people kicked out after the 11 pm quiet hours, which is a Cobb Co ordinance. If you are worried about crime, you have to take action and that starts with being an active observer of your surroundings! I'm not about to let some low life muck up where I'm living. People need to get serious here, you will always have neighbors and teens will always loiter. Make it hard for them to live there and they will move. If you can't cope with it or take action against it, then move to the country.

You are an idiot!! There are always random people walking in the parking lot bc of the lack of security. I have already been notified 3 times of robberies in the apts!! And just 1 week ago mine & 5 other cars were broken into! These are not kids. These are thugs and bums walking into my home! This place is awful!! Bugs, robberies, and a staff that won't fix anything until you have to call 10 to 15 times!!!
