We have lived here for 19 months. Are only reason for leaving is due to my new job is of state.

We had a huge 3 bedroom with a large deck that faces the creek - very private and peaceful. In our building all of the neighbors were very friendly except one wild family. The management team addressed them regarding infractions and did not renew their lease - problem solved.

The management company takes pride in the neighborhood. They are always very friendly and responsive to our requests for service. For example, the air conditioner broke a week after we moved in. They ordered a new one right away and installed a better unit within a few days.

The neighborhood has great amenities - 2 pools, creekside walking trails, free tennis lessons at the courts, putting green, and golf driving cage. They also run social activities each month.

Sure, the buildings are a bit dated, but you can't beat the price for the size of the apartments and the amenities.

We have never felt physically at risk.

We do not understand the basis for some of the negative comments made by others. We always paid our rent on time, were repectful to the management company's staff, and intereacted with our building neighbors in a positive way. As a result, we had a great living experience and will move back here if my work returns us to Atlanta. If someone had a negative experience, I wonder if their actions were part of the cause'

So glad to hear you had a great experience. Our experience was not a good one and we also paid our rent on time, were very respectful to management and attempted to get to know our neighbors. Everything was fine until we started asking for things to be fixed in our apartment. (leaks, bugs, and doors falling off) We had to work so hard just to get them to acknowledge that their was a problem. At our time of residence we had one baby and did not feel that raising our daughter there was safe.
