I've lived here for just under a year. During my walk through with the asst. mgr I pointed out things that to this day have not been repaired. I refuse to give some information on my minor son and the mger has held a grudge ever since. It took a major threat to get a rusted refrigerator replaced. Instead the mgr wanted to replace the hinges where the rust had eaten the metal away! Repeated phone calls to have repairs done fall on deaf ears. It can take up to two weeks to have repairs fixed. They do not give you a water or sewage bill showing your usage instead you are charged a flat rate, not paid to a utility company, but to the apartment complex. The apartments are infested with ants and the exterminator comes in only when called and is done in 2 minutes flat (I timed him). They increased the rent after the 1st year to MARKET RATE, however wouldn't give the owner information for you to contact directly and negotiate. Be careful they won't show you the apartment before you sign the paperwork. If you have to come here make sure you see it first. AND READ ALL THE FINE PRINT. BETTER YET TAKE YOUR CHANCES SOMEWHERE ELSE.
