I move in Flagstone Village, without knowledge of the bad reputation of Franklin Rd. Thank God that I have not encountered any criminal activity (other than the Citgo across the street, drug dealers are very open about their profession). I have not had any problems with Flagstone's Management. I can honestly say it is a nice complex to reside in considering the location. The gate hardly ever works but upon moving in I didnt even pay attention to them having a gated community. On one occassion the maintaince person seemed to be upset because he had to come out after hours, but he came in reasonable time. I wouldnt advise anyone to move on Franklin Rd because of the reputation, but Flagstone apartments are nice, quite, and very spacious for the money. Hopefully this is not a Jinx. Thank You.
