I have lived in Flagstone for 3 years. I'm a single mother with 1 kid and I have never had any problems with the community. They have been through a few managers when I first move in but my 2nd year they got a permanate manager and she has been great. I don't have maintanence issues because there fixed within 2 days. I have never had roaches in amy apartment but there are spiders but when you live in wooded areas that's to be aspected. The bottom of Franklin road is pretty bad but the apartment community is not. I think I may have seen 1 or 2 rough ones but what community doesn't have a bad apple or two. I would say check for yourself because it's not at all bad.
