I moved to Flagstone December 2004. At the time I knew very little about Franklin Rd--now I know that I AM MOVING WHEN MY LEASE IS UP IN FEBRUARY!!! The apartment itself is good and very spacious and I love it for the price--but who wants to step outside and someone is buying weed, crack or whatever. The "security" gate is ALWAYS BROKEN!Bugs everywhere (I have those creepy crawlers, too...the ceiling is always leaking. And maintenance is soooooo slow. I fault management because their responsible for their work and they should see that work orders are completed. I would recommend it for just a single person like myself (definitely not for a family and expecially not someone with kids)because it has no playground and the kids play in the street and in breezeways. And watch out for management cause those nuts will try and get smart with you and disrespect you, but I have had to put Angela, Jackie (never understands your request--she shouldn't answer phones), and Tanya (asst. property mgr) all in their place before.

Spacious apartment, but lacks the proper management team and the complex as a whole could definitely use a new look. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
