I have been in this community for almost 4 years. When I firsted moved here I had a smaller two bedroom and that was a nightmare. I had a tree root growing into my apartment sunroom and several leaks, I called several times and nothing. I finally had to call and threaten that I was going to move out and report them. That made them get off their butts real quick and since then any mainentce problem was resolved quickly. The leasing office just needs a good push to accomplish their daily tasks. I resigned my lease and went to the largest two bedroom and no problems and it has been a year. As for Bugs and rats that's a lie. There is a bug man that comes once a month and sprays. Unless you or your neighbor are living nasty their are no bugs. One more thing the leasing office just got a new staff recently and they could spare to change again. We need a friendlier staff not to only new tenants but to tenants that live in the complex. As for Franklin Road this end is not that bad. Now if you get closer to red train your in trouble!!!
