I've stayed here for three going on four years and 2007 is the worst the living conditions have been. I am disgusted with these apartments and the managements disinterest on the living conditions of the tenants. In addition, the community has taken a complete 360 turn for the worst and I just do not feel comfortable here anymore. On the other hand, I have been requesting maintenance work for the last two weeks in a half and they haven't had anyone to come out yet. I've called six times and personally went in on this past week and still nothing has changed. My next step is to call corporate. I really just want to break my lease and move on and based on the lease obligation, their lack of maintaining this apartment is a good legal way for me to break the lease without penalties.
