I Paid My Rent On Jan.30,2008 for the rent month of Feb. When i went to the office to pay the Manager Yells from her office "No you have to pay me". So i said "Why'"
she assumed that my rent was late but in fact i was paying early when the agent explained to the manager that i was paying early she said "Oh I hope you rub off on others". Well on the 6th i recieved a demand payment letter to make rent payment plus late fee within 48 hours. i went back to the leasing office the next day and the manager was too busy to talk to me or call me back. I am looking for a new place to call home.

wow!! its amazing that this has happend to other people i thought i was the only one...i moved here a few monthas ago...big mistake that have lost my checks 3 times ...this is a serious problem and everytime I go to the office and try to speak with Annie Gordon she is always busy and she never returns phone calls...If I could get out of my lease today I would...Flagstone Village is the worst....

Like you, I had paid on January 30th. I got this notice too. Conveniently, they had lost my check. The bank, at this point, hasn't received it. I was at the office first thing this morning when it opened at 9 A.M. I had to sit and wait for a few minutes to speak with the manager, Annie Gordon. She was dealing with another couple that also got the notice. While I was waiting, yet another person came in with the notice for late payments. I'm willing to bet that someone royally goofed in the office this last month. There's no way that this many people were late on their rent payments.
