Flagstone's goal is to give you direct communication on a daily basis with us. I would like to say I will do my BEST to respond to your concerns within 24 hours Monday thru Friday. Your needs and concerns are very important.

Flagstone is approaching it's first year as the new owners and it has been a challenge. We appreciate all of you who have chosen to stay and those that are considering leaving we would like to ask you to stay on. I think our office and maintenance Teams have grown leaps and bounds, over the past 11 months and with your input we will continue to grow and strive to be the best.

Flastone appreciates all positive and negative feedback given in a constructive manner. This is how we will continue grow and improve.

I think that is a fair statement. There are always growing pangs when there is change.

This "review" was posted before the current manager. Quite honestly, I don't think that it's appropriate for the previous manager (named in nj2atlgyrl's response) to have posted a review or a response in this manner. It skews the review overall ratings of the apartment on this site.
