New management always has a challange in turning around a less than perfect situation and I give them credit for addressing the problems in a courteous fashion

Courteous...to who? The apartments have gone downhill since the old management company left. The new company hasnt done anything significant, unless you try to count them painting the apartments ---- stain blue. Their turnover rate in staff is so bad cuz their process of hiring is probably just as bad as it is for letting in the less than desirables who live in flagstone.
