The manager is a lightweight perv. He flirts shamelessley with the younger females on the property, so they went from a manager that drinks to much to a manager that likes the girls too much

What's the matter? Couldn't afford the rent? Couldn't afford to pay your utilities? Truth is anyone with a grudge can come to this site and write anything they want without repercussion. Reviewing the history of what this site allows people to write, no serious person interested in moving to any apartment community would rely on this site for any real advice! Anyone who's serious about moving to any community would do their homework by doing drivebys of the property during the evening hours as well as on the weekends. Actually shopping the property!

To the person who posted on 12/10/08: I do not live in GA, but I will soon. I am sifting through apartments in the Atlanta area, and I find that MOST people with actual grievances towards their living situations are the true majority found on ApartmentRatings.com. Your attack towards the original posting and the posting that followed tells me something about YOU. You are most likely the person whom the comments are directed towards. Your response tells me that their comments are true. Their comments never mentioned a single word towards the quality or maintenance of the building. If they had, then your response would have been more justified. Instead, it just added to the strength of the originators statement. One last comment... ApartmentRatings.com carries a hell of a lot more strength than you think. I'm scratching this place off my list!

THE PROPERTY MANAGER IS A PERV.HE IS UGLY TO AND FAT.DON'T LIVE HERE. HE TRY TO HOLLA AT MY GURL AND I GOING TO ---- HIM UP. HE SAYS HES MARRIED THAT DONT MATTER TO HIM. HIS WIFE NEEDS TO COME UP TO HERR HUSBAND JOB AND SEE WHAT HE DOES. THAT GOT RAID OF THAT OTHE CHICK AND THEY STILL DOING SCAMS. GO BACK TO THE ZOO MANAGER
