My lease is almost up and I'm sooo glad. So many complaints...where do I begin. I'm not one of these vindictive residents out to give Flagstone a bad name, just here to warn other residents. 1. They only show you the model apt. I was told that the model apt was similar to the one I was moving into...not true. I have the smallest 1 bedroom (605 sq ft). Its a cubby hole. No closet space, two sources of outside light: the bedroom has 1 window and the sliding balcony door. PLEASE DONT MOVE INTO AN APT UNLESS YOU CAN ACTUALLY VIEW IT. 2. My air has went out 3 times this summer. The apt was over 90 degrees. It took them several days to fix it. I couldnt open the patio door because they dont supply screens. My bedroom window has a hole in it so I was skeptical about opening it due to the bugs. 3. Maintenance Staff...wonderful people! But their hands are tied because of Flagstone Village and Ventron (Management Company). They dont allow them to spend the money needed to correct the problem the first time (and I know that for a fact). I called emeregency maintenance one instance and their mailbox was FULL. What if I had a gas leak or a flooded apt'' I had to wait until the morning to inform the office of my air conditioner malfunction. You can complain all you want to the staff...they just act like its no big deal since THEY DONT LIVE HERE. 4. Bugs. When I first moved in I had the small roaches and later the BIG ones. I'm from up north and I have NEVER seen such a thing. They call them Palmetto bugs AKA American Roaches AKA Flying Cockroaches AKA Waterbugs. They are disgusting!!! 5. My car was broken into. Window busted! 6. The gate never works and they have no intention on fixing it. If you ask them they'll lie. 7. Website says...Soccer court, community room, controlled access and laundry room. FALSE! None of that! They have a "car care center" which is a broken vaacum hose. All in all I've had a bad experience and would not move here again.

a bunch of us moved out a yr ago..cuz of more than that..the manager aint shyt..the only thing i can give credit to is ms. linda in the office...the rest aint shyt...one was stealin our rent., the manager one was a drunk, the other a perv that if u didnt pay him no mind he lied to get u out...str8 triflin....im glad im where i am...now...much better...im sorry sweets get out asap...u will be ok...
