I was in a 2 bedroom townhouse that seemed spacious. I was told that I could move in and that same day with my U-Haul was told the apartment was not ready. I had to wait 2 days in another persons house for The Gardens of East Cobb to finish the apartment. We finally moved in and the apartment was not even cleaned. Their were holes in the walls, dirty bathrooms and dust everywhere. I had to make plenty of services calls for toilet clogs, leaking refigerator, broken dishwasher and stove. Finally at the end of my stay all utilities had been replaced. Too late. Then we were told that, since their was no initial walk through, all damages were our responsibility. Watch your back.
