Pros - plenty of living space, nice size closets - love the laundry space

Cons - walls are paper thin (this is unknown until you move in) floors boards are rotten, in a number of areas in my apartment there are sink holes - Kitchen linoleum needs to be replaced - for the appliance are outdated - there are no ceiling lighting fixture in the bedrooms. The security gate has only worked once since I lived here.

More Cons ? the pools are inadequate for a large complex. There are a number of children on the complex, but no playground or play area for them.

Now with all of this you are probably wondering why I moved in. I was recommended by a friend, who indicated it would be a nice place to live. I requested a garage apartment and was told one would be available. The move in date was set; I had to wait two days later to actually occupy my apartment. This doesn?t set well when a person is in transition.

Needless to say if the property owners would consider remodeling/refurbishing the apartments as they become vacant than the new occupants perhaps will not feel the way I feel and would enjoy living in this apartment complex.
