Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003

Very poor lighting in the parking lot and around the complex. Maintanance has not replaced lights that have been out for over 4 months.

So many kids but no place for them to play but the workout room. Which leads to the treadmills being down and the pins taken out of the wieghts. I've asked what the how long it takes to fix the machines and they can't/won't give a definate answer.
