I was happy from the moment I moved in. I have issues with the gates as well. I moved here because it was a gated community but alas, solicitors still are able to get in and leave stuff on the doors. But the plus to it is you are surrounded by everything ... shopping, grocery stores, lots of food places deliver.

I do think the walls are thin but a lot of apartments are like that.
